Though we have lived in the Knowledge Center for some time, we still can’t quite get enough of looking at pictures of our building. Oddly, however, though we have managed to stockpile a plethora of photos documenting the construction of the KC, we are short on photographs documenting its post-opening life.
Where that life is concerned, the users of the Knowledge Center deserve most of the credit for imbuing the building with meaning, and that is why we want YOU, the patrons, to contribute to the official Flickr Photo Gallery of Knowledge Center photos.
The proper way to submit photos is to simply e-mail them to me. As long as they pertain to the Knowledge Center in some way, shape, or form, the subject matter is your decision. Snapshots from your cellphones are more than welcome. Also, please be certain that you are submitting your own photos, and when sending, indicate how you would like to be credited.
I look forward to your submissions, and the submissions of your friends, whom you will undoubtedly tell about this, right?
For future reference, if you find yourself without a direct link to the gallery, you can navigate to it by pulling down the menu beneath “About the KC” on the library’s front page and selecting “Videos & Photos”. The gallery in discussion is linked at the bottom.
